Mitarbeiter Disposition, Schwerpunkt Einkauf (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

Erstellung von Anfragen, Einholung und Analyse von Angeboten
Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
Bedarfsermittlung und Bestellung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen
Materialdisposition sowie Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen
Erstellen und Buchung von Lieferscheinen
Prüfung von Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Reklamationen
Pflege von Lieferantenstammdaten im ERP- System
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System
Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung

Students who want to support us during the holiday season are welcome. Please note, however, that you should be 18 years old for work in our production areas.
